The brief
A clear brief helps us all know exactly what we are aiming to achieve. If you have already formulated one we will start there; if you prefer to start by talking through your ideas we can help you to develop them. At this stage we will also plan the design process and agree on the number of concept and refinement stages.

Costings and suppliers
We can work with your suppliers or we can recommend the right people for the job. We have long-standing relationships with suppliers who we trust; we are also happy to source new contacts. We will put together costings for design and production and ensure that the job comes in on budget.

Schedules
We will work out a schedule to make sure that your deadlines can be met and keep everyone up to date on how the project is going. If the schedule starts to slip we’ll make sure you know about it.

Copy
We regularly provide copy editing or copy writing support for our clients and can discuss this with you at the start of the project.

Images
We’re good at image research, we commission photography and also produce illustrations, graphs and diagrams in-house. We can also work with your images and make the best of what you provide.

Invoicing
We will invoice at the end of the project or at agreed stages. We generally arrange for suppliers to invoice you directly – this saves you any additional charges.
